Technical Source is currently in search of a Mechanical Designer for our product engineering and design client located just outside of one of the nation’s leading technology hubs, Raleigh-Durham. The qualified candidate will have experience designing electro-mechanical products using Inventor or Solidworks and have a positive attitude about growing their career

Responsibilities of the Mechanical Designer include:

• Design from concept to completion of electro-mechanical products with large part counts and electronic enclosures
• Designing prototypes of several iterations of an electro-mechanical products
• Format, change, manipulate and perform complex design CAD methodologies

Qualifications of the Mechanical Designer include:

• 1+ years’ experience designing electro-mechanical products using Inventor, SolidWorks and/or other CAD tools
• Experience with design of electronic enclosures
• Experience supporting mechanical and electrical engineering projects
• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field

Compensation for the Mechanical Designer includes:

• $60,000 – $80,000 based on experience
• Full medical, dental, vision, and 401K
• No Corp to Corp or Visa sponsorships at this time
