Technical Source is currently in search of a Software Development Manager for our SaaS client located in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The qualified candidate will have experience managing teams of software engineers to design and develop software for a wide range of products, perform on going support, and supervise the performance and development of the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, teaching and mentoring team members, as well.

Responsibilities of the Software Development Manager include:

• Manage team members and requirements across multiple projects and ensure timely delivery
• Perform ongoing support for applications and systems
• Collaborate with other product development teams
• Strong skills in project management, user experience, and software development

Qualifications of the Software Development Manager include:

• 6+ years of Software Development experience (Java)
• 2+ years of experience in previous software development management or team lead capacity
• Experience with Agile, and Scrum certifications are preferred
• PMP certification is preferred but not required

Compensation for the Software Development Manager includes:

• $110,000 – $150,000 based on experience
• Full benefits, medical, dental and vision
• No Corp to Corp or Visa sponsorship at this time
