Technical Source is currently in search of a Team Lead Software Engineer for our engineering design client located in Raleigh, NC.  The qualified candidate will have experience working with and leading teams of software, mechanical and electrical engineers to design a wide range of electro-mechanical consumer products and participate in all phases of the software and product development life cycle. 

Responsibilities of the Team Lead Software Engineer include:

• Architect and develop software using C#, C++
• Develop and execute software test strategy (TDD, Continuous Integration, Verification)
• Collaborate with other product development teams
• Continuously improve the software engineering processes and teach junior engineers

Qualifications of the Team Lead Software Engineer include:

• Experience using OO programming software and design in an agile environment
• Strong experience with embedded software development using C# and C++
• Experience leading and teaching product development teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field

 

Compensation for the Team Lead Software Engineer includes:

• $100,000 – $120,000 based on experience
• Full benefits, medical, dental and vision
• No Corp to Corp or Visa sponsorship at this time
