Technical Recruiter

Technical Source is currently interviewing Technical Recruiter candidates to support our growing staffing operation. The qualified candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and be resourceful. Candidates who have experience in agency staffing or want a career in the staffing or sales industry are preferred.

Responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter include:

  • Gather requirements from Account Manager in the IT industry, source and screen local Raleigh market candidates based on those requirements
  • Schedule and lead both phone and in-person meetings with qualified candidates
  • Grow your network of Raleigh/Durham market professionals, build relationships and become synonymous with technical staffing locally

Qualification requirements for the Technical Recruiter include:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office product suite
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and other similar recruiting tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Desired career in Staffing, Recruiting, Marketing, Business Management and/or Sales
  • Previous experience in recruiting preferred
