Technical Source is currently in search of a Test & Verification Engineer to support our medical device R&D client located here in Raleigh, NC. The qualified candidate will have 3+ years' experience test and/or verification procedure development of new electro-mechanical products, preferably with medical devices. A strong understanding of test methodology will be essential to the success of this position.

Responsibilities of the Test & Verification Engineer**include:

• Design, execute and oversee new product test plans and procedures for electro-mechanical medical device surgical robot
• Meet with customer for design reviews, ensure quality of design and execute design verification test plans
• Collaborate with engineering teams, coordinate with product teams, report test fixture findings
• Create project documentation pertaining to change management processes and guidelines and develop well organized submittal packages

Qualifications of the Test & Verification Engineer include:

• 5+ years' experience in a quality or testing function with new electro-mechanical products in a highly regulated environment
• Strong experience developing test fixtures to test the design build of new medical device products
• Strong experience with human factor engineering studies, quality test plans and risk management

Compensation for the Test & Verification Engineer includes:

• Salary range of $80,000 – $100,000 based on match
• Full benefits, medical, dental and vision
