What It Means
This contract puts agentic AI inside the daily running of a large logistics system, not in a side pilot. It also bundles AI with the work that usually slows these programs down: keeping the authority to operate current, running pipelines, and refactoring old code. Teams delivering AI in regulated settings should expect that to become the normal scope: AI, security compliance and modernization run as one program over several years.
