How the Process Works

1. Recruiters will spend 15-20 minutes doing an initial interview with you on the phone. We’ll also need a copy of your resume for our database.
2. From there, we’ll call you when we have a potential fit. If you’re interested, we move forward. If not, no worries, just tell us and we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities.
3. Before we send your resume to a client, we will meet with you and verify your experience and skills through reference checks and occasionally through technical screening tests.
4. Many of our clients want to see fully screened candidates immediately, so this pre-screening gives you an advantage.
