How the Process WorksRecruiters will spend 15-20 minutes doing an initial interview with you on the phone. We’ll also need a copy of your resume for our database. Before we send your resume to a client, we will meet with you and verify your experience and skills through reference checks and occasionally through technical screening tests. Many of our clients want to see fully screened candidates immediately, so this pre-screening gives you an advantage.
