What It Means

A 2027 start and a 2030 operating target leave a fairly short window for a brownfield biologics project that includes demolition on an active campus. Teams will need to run design, phased construction and qualification planning in parallel so existing operations keep going. Programs like this often succeed or fail on how early commissioning and validation strategy gets locked in.
