What It Means

A $2.9 billion program on one established campus means several projects moving forward together, from automated R&D labs to manufacturing capacity for medicines and vaccines. Facilities built around robotics and AI bring new demands for integration, data systems and validated automation alongside the usual building work. Owners who sequence these projects as a single portfolio, not as separate jobs, will have an easier time managing shared utilities, shutdowns and qualification resources.
